Meet Our New Help Center!

Today, we are excited to introduce the MyTime Help Center. At MyTime, we constantly ask ourselves, “how can we help our merchants have the best possible experience with MyTime?” Having one location with instant, 24/7 access to many of the questions we get every day is important to fulfilling this mission. That’s why we’re so excited to add the Help Center as one of the ways–along with phone calls, emails, and chats–that we serve all of our wonderful merchants.

Using the Help Center, you can instantly access answers to the most common (and not so common!) questions about MyTime. Type your question directly into the search bar, or navigate around using the high-level topics on the home screen. Visit the Help Center to check it out for yourself!


Getting Started

To give you an example of our Help content, our team gathered up a few articles to some common questions:

1. Can I charge my customers through Scheduler? Learn more about our easy-to-use point of sale (POS) system available to all merchants from our website and Scheduler mobile app. MyTime’s POS can be used to edit the fee for any service, as well as add additional charges for tip or in-store purchases.

2. What is MyTime Communicator? Learn more about our messaging system that lets you send and receive messages from your clients. It’s completely unique to MyTime and allows you to easily stay in touch, and automatically save conversations with each of your clients.

3. What can I do on the Scheduler app? Learn more about the Scheduler mobile app and how to manage your existing appointments on the go. Want to book new appointments? Unlock the full version of MyTime Scheduler starting at only $9.99/mo.


Ahelpcenterccessing the Help Center from your MyTime account is easy. You’ll always find a link to the Help Center in the top, right-hand corner when you click your Business name. You can also navigate directly to help.mytime.com.
